Video: Munk – Happiness Juice


When it comes to sunny anthems, this summer keeps on on giving and giving. So many brilliant, carefree tunes has been released in past few weeks, with Bipolar Sunshine’s Deckchairs On The Moon, Jungle’s Time, Vic Mensa’s Down On My Luck among many great one. And looks like we have yet another addition to this list. Happiness Juice by by German nu-disco master Mathias MOdica aka MUNK is one juicy cocktail of a tune. Nothing new there, but everything is its place. It’s a catchy, breezy and feel-good yet without an ounce of cheese.

The single, preceding a LP, will drop 18th of August with remixes by Miguel Campbell and Satin Jackets. Listen to excerpts below:

Video: Woodkid – I Love You


Today saw the premiere of the newest single and video by Yoann Lemoine, the French wizzkid of symphonic pop (among many things) aka Woodkid. Both are rather extraordinary and worth checking out and showing off to you Facebook friends. If you haven’t heard of him yet, you definitely will in 2013. The musician also announced the date and the tracklist of his hight anticipated debut, called The Golden Age. The album drop 15th of March and is available to pre-order on Itunes. The release is supported by the European tour that kicks off in April and from the teaser videos that are currently circulating the web/You Tube it’s going to be a visual and sonic treat for music geeks.
